E.M.WATERPROOF

DIRECTION OF USE

1-E.M.WATERPROOF could be added to the concrete mix during the mixing cycle at the same time as the water or the aggregate or it could be added to ready-mix concrete before placing concrete.

2-E.M.WATERPROOF must be simultaneously used with water-reducer agents. Recommend E.M.WATERPROOF added to concrete after adding water-reducer agents.

3- Admixtures must be weighed carefully.

ADVANTAGES

• Improves particle size distribution of aggregates.
• Considerably reduces permeability.
• Inhibits chloride ion penetration and any other destructive chemicals influence.
• Reducing the potential for A-A-R (Alkali-Aggregate Reaction).
• No negative effect on the compressive strength of concrete.
• Easy to mix with concrete.

APPLICATION

• Produces Non-Osmosis Concrete and Water Resistant Concrete (WRC).
• Suitable for marine environments or the regions exposed to chemicals attack, e.g. southern and northern Iran and saline regions.
• Design of concrete mixes for water and wastewater treatment, dams, docks, deck bridges, tanks, etc.
• Produces impermeable precast concrete.

STORAGE

Shelf life: 1 year in the original package.

Storage condition: Should be protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep in the temperature range between +10°C and +30°C.

Packing

Powder: 25 kg bag.

Liquid: 20 kg container.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

This product does not contain any substances hazardous to human health and the environment. However, it should not be swallowed and contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. E.M.WATERPROOF is not flammable. For further information refer to the material safety data sheet.
