WATER-BASED CONCRETE FORM RELEASE AGENT
An environmentally friendly version of the company’s heritage release agent, AQUAFORM-230 is comprised of neutralized vegetable oils in mineral oil
that contains no waxes, silicones, or carcinogens; it’s also solventless and non-toxic.
Concepts of its art are established on last novel principles in production and developments of contemporary form Release Agents e.g.
Green and most environment friendly composition to be made, provide long life and extensive reuse of
frameworks, to remain hard, non-powdery, stain-free concrete surface with a minimum number
of defects, permit clean release of formwork from the hardened concrete during stripping and Cost cuts in purchase and usage of them.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation: Forms must be clean and free of any dust, dirt, laitance, hardened
concrete or residue that might discolor new concrete.
Application: Apply AQUAFORM-230 with a brush, roller, or pressurized sprayer. Wipe off excess and drips with a clean, soft rag.
Wait a minimum of 60 minutes before pouring Concrete.
New Wood Forms: Apply initial coat of AQUAFORM-230 at a rate of above recommended anddo not wipe.
Allow release agent to absorb into wood surface. For extremely porous forms a second saturation coat may be necessary prior to first use.
Allow forms to dry, then recoat and wipe excess as stated above.
Cleanup
Clean tools and equipment used to apply AQUAFORM-230 with detergent and warm water.
