The 18th National Festival of Young Producers and Managers took place on December 17, 2024, at the Conference Hall of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB). The event was organized by the House of Industry, Mining, and Trade of Iran and was attended by several high-ranking officials, including Dr. Mohammad Ghaem Panah, Executive Vice President and Head of the Presidential Office, Dr. Samad Hassan Zadeh, Chairman of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, Engineer Shakouri, President of the House of Industry, Mining, and Trade of Iran, and Engineer Sijani, Head of the Industry, Mining, and Trade Organization of Tehran Province.

During the event, Abadgaran Company was honored as a distinguished unit and was awarded the prestigious Golden Trophy of the festival.
