The 16th National Festival of Young Producers and Managers and the 14th Edition of Introducing the Lasting Figures of Iran's Industry, Mining, and Trade was held on Tuesday, December 19th, 2022, with the presence of the Minister of Industry, Mine, and Trade, judicial officials, and active members of the production and industry sector of the country. The event was organized by the House of Industry, Mining, and Trade of Iranian Youth at the International Conference Hall of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB).

In this festival, 19 young managers and 16 top production units of the country were honored.

In this ceremony, Mr. Mahdzhoub, the esteemed CEO of Abadgaran Company, was introduced as the top producer and honored. Furthermore, Ms. Ali Pour, one of the young and distinguished managers of Abadgaran Company, was selected as the exemplary young manager and received the related trophy from the esteemed Minister of Industry, Mine, and Trade.
