ABAQUICK-AFP

DESCRIPTION

ABAQUICK-AFP is a non-alkaline accelerator of water-cement reaction. It can be used for dry mix shotcrete.

It is controlled based on: ASTM C1141, ASTM C1398

Method

ABAQUICK-AFP should be used based on requirement of project.
The following parameters effect on directions of use:

1. Mixing time and mixing method of ABAQUICK-AFP with concrete mixture.
2. Type of equipments.
3. Nozzle of Shotcrete Machine.

Properties

Accelerates the hydration reaction.
Achieve to early compressive strength of concrete.
Increased adhesion.
Dry mix shotcrete for any thickness.
Reduction in the risks of rebound and dust.
Shotcrete at one layer up to 35 centimeters thickness.
High adhesion to concrete and stone sections.
Easy shotcrete applications.
No negative effects on reinforcement of concrete structures.

Prevents freezing of concrete and mortar.

Considerations

Storage

Shelf life: 1 year in the original package.

Storage condition: should be protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep bag in the temperature range between +10°C and +30°C .

Packing: 20 kg bag.

ABAQUICK-AFP should be kept in the original package because it is reactive especially with moisture and dust. Recommended to be used immediately opened the bag.

Protection and Safty

This product does not contain any substances hazardous to human health and the environment. However, it should not be swallowed and contact with skin and eyes.

In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water.
